Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts are initially reviewed by the editorial team. Manuscripts deemed unsuitable for the journal's scope are promptly rejected without further review. Manuscripts considered potentially relevant to the journal’s audience are forwarded for a double-blind peer review. Based on the reviewers' feedback, the editor then makes a decision, which could include rejection, major revision, minor revision, or acceptance.
The editor-in-chief of Narratives in Management Studies has the final authority in determining which manuscripts will be published.
Review Process:
- Author submits the manuscript.
- Editor's initial evaluation (some manuscripts may be rejected or returned before the review stage).
- Double-blind peer review process.
- Editor's final decision.
- Confirmation sent to the authors.
